Securing your date requires a non-refundable deposit of 5% of the total estimated cost. Our convenient payment schedule typically requests an additional 45% upfront once the final quote is provided, with the remaining balance due just four weeks before your event date.
We highly recommend securing your date as soon as your venue is confirmed, especially for popular dates like Saturdays and major holidays! Ideally, we suggest booking 6–12 months in advance for weddings and large corporate events, and 3–6 months for birthdays and smaller gatherings.

Absolutely! While our packages offer the best value, we understand every event is unique. We are happy to create a bespoke package by combining elements from different tiers or adding specific hire items to perfectly suit your vision and budget.
Setup time is tailored to your specific event and package, and is also influenced by venue access. For Basic or Standard events, we generally require a 2 to 4 hour window. However, our more intricate Premium Weddings and Large Corporate Events may need 4 to 8 hours or even pre-day setup, if your venue allows early access to ensure every detail is perfect!
